I'm Hugo, Executive Creative Director at AML Group.

We create 'simple ideas for a complicated world'. Since my arrival there in 2021, running a growing creative and design team, I've been making those ideas bigger and better. 14 pitch wins speak to that.

Before AML, I was a creative director at The Gate. Before that, I did the business at VCCP, BBH, Havas and more. While there, I made all kinds of well-known work for brands like Virgin Media and O2 and Audi and Organix and easyJet and The Electoral Commission and oh look at me rambling on.

I’ve won numerous awards both in and out of the industry (scroll down for deets), and even scooped the Spanish prize at school. I know my sh*t, am obssessed with effectiveness, and often initiate projects from scratch. People I work for and with say they like me.
